Who is responsible for shipping of goods?
Unless otherwise stated, all shipments are handled by Singapore Post Limited. In the case of shipment by other freight companies, buyer will be
informed and given a status tracker URL for tracking.
Cancellation of Orders
We will not charge your credit card if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods
within the agreed time frame.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.
If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
Only damaged goods are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days from the day the customer receives the order.
Customer is responsible for all handling, shipping and tax related charges. Please deduct handling fees and shipping-related fees from refunds.
Refunds can be in store credit, vouchers, credit card refund, or cash refund as deemed fit by Dollz Inc.
Will my goods be late?
We ship goods within 48 hours (depending on stock availability) upon payment confirmation and try our best to have the good delivered on time.
However, please understand that we cannot make promises due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday seasons.
